Growing
A vertical growing system to allow people without access to a garden to grow their own small veg.
Designed for balconies, backyards and patios it holds 24 plants in a 60cm diameter footprint. Rotating arms allow for easy watering and ensure all plants receive equal amounts of sunlight.
Avoiding the need for glues, screws or any fixtures it is flat-packed, slotted together and simple to assemble.
Designed with sustainability and the environment in mind it is made from cork and plywood. The arms and legs are cut from half a sheet of plywood using a CNC router or water-jet cutter allowing for local manufacture.
A joint project with Gregor Doverty.
